PHP/Python Facebook games server-side programmer

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience developing PHP and/or Python applications using OOP techniques (examples please)

- Familiarity with Subversion or similar source control systems

- Experience working with the MySQL databases

- Proficient in HTML and CSS, complex page layouts

Responsibilities:

- Take full design and implementing responsibility for the server-side part of the companys games

- Must be able to work cooperatively with artists and game-designer implement vision of the game

- Coordinate with QA and provide test specifications

- Remain current on industry trends and techniques in social games technologies

- Good English level (ability to read and understand game related documentation and articles)

Will be a plus:

- Knowledge of scaling techniques used on high-load web applications running on multiple servers

- Experience working with 3rd party APIs, especially the Facebook platform or VKontakte

- An understanding on the Linux operating system
